Very good experience on a Thursday night. Walk-ins, no reservation and ones seated you get all the time without being rushed. We sat upstairs - just above the bar - overlooking the beautiful place. The food was so so good! Gnocchi with beet and arancino were our faves. Topped off with cozy jazzy tunes and friendly service… Happy we found a local restaurant this good away from the city-centre.

It’s a cozy place but in my opinion I found it over hyped. Food was fine but not great. I have had better pizzas and risotto at other places. Infact pizza was a little burned I felt. You don’t expect that for such a high price. It is a very expensive place if you’re going here with your family. For each person you will have to order two dishes per person. If it is that expensive I expect the food then be really great which it was not. Staff is very nice and friendly.

When approaching Osteria Liz you wouldn’t guess that it’s culinary output would be as exceptional as it is. These 5 Stars are well deserved from food to service. As an outsider who lives in Amsterdam it appears to be a nice spot to catch the late summer sun for a few glasses of wine and a few pizzas to go. For a foodie it’s a destination to indulge in Italian culinary excellence. Their concept is items to share, locally sourced from the region (mostly Italy) and creating fresh dishes of the season. I wish I’d taken more photos of the food to share but was so focused on eating than capturing. Avocado coffee (with a side of Amaretto) to finish the evening. Superb!

A charming Italian restaurant situated in a beautiful old building. The staff is super friendly, the food is great and the mood is relaxed. It's a shared dining concept which I love because I usually want to try everything on a menu :-) Every dish looked and tasted great and the tiramisu as a finish was heaven!

Very nice food, but be aware, that the menu is not dishes, bit "shared dining", so prices are much higher, as you need maybe 2 dishes per person.

Loved the shared (vegetarian) dining and friendly staff, to much delicious options. Definitely have to return. *Only able to reserve for 6+ persons, I appreciate this so you can still go spontaneous to this restaurant without being affraid there isn't any spot left.
